    There must be another field map layout for the same form that is set to send a PDF attachment. Check all other PRO2PDF Field Map Layouts to find the cause of the attachment.

    If there are no other field map layouts set to send a PDF attachment, then we would need to see the installation as we have not encountered any such issue in the past. Complete this form to have us login and take a look.

    Our apologies for the issues you are having with the renewal process. As a courtesy we have reactivated and extended the license through tomorrow to allow you time to renew the key.

    We have reviewed the accounts, the first has expired and the second is working as expected. You may renew the expired account by logging in on the plugin’s website and clicking the Renewal button.

    Regarding the active key, try disabling the key on the Plugin’s website, then enter the key on the WordPress site, let us know specifically what, if any, issue(s) you have.

    Unlimited Intranet is for network installations that do not have internet access and requires the user to have PDFtk installed on the intranet server. Note, we do not support PDFtk and are only able provide limited support for intranet installation due to the offline status of intranets.

    To use, install PRO2PDF on your site, and install the intranet php file that is delivered after purchase. You will the be able to use the plugin on an unlimited number of forms without an internet connection. However, signatures and images are not supported with the intranet version.

    Provide the following information so we may troubleshoot the issue…
    0. Complete this form if we are able to login to your installation to find and fix the issue.
    1. Are you able to “Export” a merged PDF from the Plugin’s “EXPORT” tab?
    2. Are you receiving any emails when the form is submitted?
    3. If yes, are there any attachments? If yes, what is/are the filename(s)?
    4. Are there any other failed, test, or abandoned Field Map Layouts created for the same form, if so, set the “Attach file to Email notifications” to NO.

    Once you successfully create the Field Map Layout, be sure to set the “Flatten PDF form” and the “Attach file to Email notifications” options to “YES”. Also, check the “Email Action” where you want the PDF to be attached.

    No, graphs require HTML rendering and PRO2PDF is not capable of merging HTML. We expect to eventually add HTML functionality to our replacement plugin E2Pdf, but not at this time.

    The only alternative is to use PDF Java to create the graphs from data in text fields. We do not provide support for PDF Java.

    Yes, each PDF field requires a unique name, but the field name DOES NOT “need” to match the Formidable option value. The PDF field’s “EXPORT VALUE” must match Formidable’s Option Value.

    1. Use the PDF Password field on the Field Map Layout to set the PDF Password. You can enter static text or Formidable Field ID’s or Key’s.

    2. Keep in mind that Checkboxes and Radio Buttons are not the same. Formidable a checkbox field must be mapped to each of the PDF checkbox options, the PDF checkbox option fields must have unique names and the “Export Value” must 100% match the Formidable Checkbox field option. We stongly suggest using copy/paste because spaces, special characters, and capitalization all matter and must match.

    This can be accomplished by using a Formidable View (or views) to filter the list of courses, then enter the view’s shortcode into the text box that appears when the “Formidable: Dynamic” option is selected from the “Webform Data Field ID” dropdown field on the Field Map Layout.

    Try using the “Unicode” option in the “Language support:” dropdown on your Field Map Layout.

    If that setting does not work, then use our replacement plugin, E2Pdf, which allows you to upload and use your own font(s), and works far better then PRO2PDF.

    Use 6 Formidable File Upload Fields to upload 6 images. All will display on PDF as long as they are not too big. Final PDF should not be more than 5mb-6mb.

    Additionally, generating the PDF will take a bit of time, so it’s best not to email the PDF, but rather email a link to download the PDF. Otherwise, the submit button may take a long time to redirect.

    If Form 1 must also be used to create the final PDF, then you’ll need to use the Second Dataset function or you can merge Formidable View(s) using the “Formidable: Dynamic” option choice in the “Webform Data Field ID” dropdown on the PRO2PDF Export Tab.

    Based on your description, if Form 1 is sending all data to Form 2, then you should only be creating a PDF based on Form 2’s data.

    Are there any issues you can see with creating a merge from Form 2 only?
