I am also having the same problems and it is not resolved. I cannot log into your website, I have successfully reset my password but the login is a never-ending loop. I have a one site license that has expired. I want to renew but can’t find a way to do it. I even went to purchase a new license but your checkout tells me i am already a customer and please login.
The fact that this plugin is broken is causing problems with clients unable to get a complete form.
I have previously sent a message through your contact page without a response. Please fix or contact me.
adminKeymasterOur apologies for the issues you are having with the login process. We do seem to have a random login issue with a couple of users that we would absolutely LOVE to fix! However, we cannot duplicate the reported ‘never-ending loop’. We will check the blocked list and add you to the server’s whitelist.
What is your IP address?
We have extended the expiration date through tomorrow, reset the account password, and tested the temporary credentials. All is working as expected and the credentials were sent to the email address on the account.
