The PRO2PDF plugin provides an attachment setting on each field map layout, label “Attach file to Email notifications”. Once selected, all Email Notifications for the form will appear and allow you to select which notifications to attach the PDF to.

For multisite installs, each sub-site must activate the plugin and the network plugin must be deactivated. With this configuration the Activated Forms tab should only show the sub-site’s forms, not all forms.

The only way to “attach” a PDF from a different form is to add hidden fields to FORM B that are populated by using Formidable’s “Get Value from Entries” shortcode. Then create a field map layout from FORM B to merge to the FORM A PDF…
Alternatively, you can place a link in FORM B’s email message to FORM A’s PDF, which is much easier.

Check the field map layouts to see if the non-working attachments have more than one field map layout, if they do, delete the extra field map layouts or deselect the “Attach” option.
If there are no additional layouts, let us know if the PDFs are generating from the plugin’s Export tab without error. If they are, we may need to take a look at the installation, complete this form if possible.
