    Hi,

I have a quiz form which asks a series of questions and then adds up the scores. When a visitor logs in and gets a high enough score the PDF certificate becomes visible to them. The PDF that downloads does not contain any of the custom fields I have set up.

When I am logged in as admin I can test the PRO2PDF setup with the ‘export to pdf’ button. Even though I haven’t completed a quiz entry form (as Admin) it must be picking up the single entry there for my ‘visitor’. As Admin the PDF correctly displays the 3 custom fields (fname, creation date, expiry date).

There is nothing tricky about the fields, they exist in the Quiz entries section and are referenced in the mapping fields section.

To create the PDF i used PDFescape online. I didn’t have any control over the names of the form fields. so the first one is called ‘untitled7’ followed by ‘untitled1’ and ‘untitled2’.

Do you have any idea what I could be doing wrong?

    Thank you,
    John.

Are you changing the “dataset=” parameter to dataset=[id] as required to display the PDF based on the user’s current entry ID?

If yes, we may need to take a look at your configuration, email the PRO2PDF template to support AT formidablepro2pdf DOT com or complete this form to have us login to your installation.

    We remain at your service.
