adminKeymasterWe have double-checked all demos on the site and all are working as expected.
Based on the error it is possible that data was entered into an email, URL, or image field but the data did not pass validation.
Please paste a link to the demo that is experiencing an error as we remain at your service.
December 9, 2016 at 7:06 am in reply to: Association between form fields and pdf fields isn't working properly #11428adminKeymasterSo far our programmer has not been able to locate the issue and he is now offline until the weekend.
We will try again then. You are welcome to request a refund if the time is too much.
adminKeymasterThe plugin license will allow the plugin to work on sites on a multi-site installation. However, do not activate the plugin for all sites, but instead activate each site individually. You can order more sites or change your form count to the site count.
For instance, if you need 5 sites to use the plugin and you ordered the 1-SITE | 10-FORMS version, you can request 4 of the forms to be moved to the site count, changing your plan to 5-SITES | 6-FORMS.
Let us know if the above helps the issue you are having, or if more assistance is needed we remain at your service.

adminKeymasterIt may be a browser cache issue as the form has just been retested and appears to be working correctly.
Nonetheless, we can provide a direct link to upgrade manually, what is your original order number (not key) and which version do you wish to upgrade to? Also, do you want to add any more forms or sites at $1 each?
adminKeymasterThank you for letting us know, there was a JS error caused by a new plugin. All is working correctly now.

adminKeymasterA work-around is to provide a link to the PDF in the email using the shortcode, which will allow the use of Formidable’s shortcodes as the PDF filename.
We will look at the functionality again to see if there is anything we can do and let you know via this support thread. You may also request a full refund if you are not able to use the plugin.

adminKeymasterThe way around using the Formidable Field “label” is using the Formidable Pro Checkbox/Radio Button “Separate values” function. Check the “Use separate values” checkbox and then you can set the value to 1,2,3 or anything else. Paste the same value in the PDF field’s ‘Export Value’. Then, you can change the option label without affecting the PDF data merge.

adminKeymasterYes, there are many users who are using the plugin for exactly this purpose.

adminKeymasterYes, both options are possible.
1. The email could also include a link to the password-protected & encrypted PDF.
2. The password could be the same for every document, or could even be different based on other form factors.

adminKeymasterVery interesting. Did you have any custom code snippets or was it a clean install of Code-Snipped? Did you reinstall Code-Snipped successfully? Was it this plugin? https://wordpress.org/plugins/code-snippets/

Yes, you can offer customers a downloadable PDF with the fields they have filled out on the form. All entries have a unique ID and/or you can add a auto-increment counter.

adminKeymasterPRO2PDF DOES NOT create complex PDF documents or recongnize Formidable’s conditional (if) statements, the plugin simply fills pre-existing PDF fields based on user-defined field map layouts.
However, we simulate complex PDFs by using hidden Formidable fields, stacked PDF fields, redirected forms, and/or multiple field map layouts.
Let us know if you would like specific suggestions on producing desired PDF results.

November 30, 2016 at 7:15 am in reply to: Association between form fields and pdf fields isn't working properly #11312adminKeymasterOur senior programmer is troubleshooting the issue but so far has not found a solution. Please work with Formidable to find out why the HTML emails are not working correctly, that may fix the attachment issue. In the meantime we have recreated your environment locally and will continue researching solutions.

adminKeymasterRegarding Radio Buttons, you MUST name all PDF options the same, and change the “Radio Button Choice” value of each to match (use copy/paste) each value from the Formidable Form radio button field.
In your PDF: Change the name of “Privatkunde” to “PrivatGewerblich” and change the “Radio Button Choice” value from Choice1 to the corresponding Formidable Radio Option (use copy/paste)
THEN also change the name of “Werkstatt” to “PrivatGewerblich” and change the “Radio Button Choice” value from Choice1 to the corresponding Formidable Radio Option (use copy/paste)
THEN in the PRO2PDF Field Map Layout, map the corresponding Formidable Radio Field to the “PrivatGewerblich” PDF field. For Checkbox fields, do the same as above EXCEPT each PDF checkbox field must have a unique name and you must map the Formidable Checkbox Field to each of the PDF checkbox options.
Let us know if you need further assistance or complete this form if you would like us to login and setup the first Radio and the first checkbox for you free of charge.
