If I want to make changes to an already mapped pdf or add a updated version of the pdf, is there a way to do this without having to map the form to the pdf all over again.
Yes, simply use the Field Map Layout screen to upload the new PDF, be sure the name is the same. The plugin will overwrite the existing file.

No, it will not erase your mapping. However, if you add, remove, or rename the PDF fields the mapping will be affected as follows;
ADD FIELD = New field becomes available in “PDF Form Field Name” dropdown list.
DELETE OR RENAME FIELD = Mapping in Field Map Layout defaults to the first field in “PDF Form Field Name” dropdown list.We remain at your service.
