    1 – Confirm you are typing the apostraphe ‘ symbol from the keyboard? If not, where is the ‘ symbol coming from?
    2. Try creating a new form with one text field and a field map layout to merge the form to a new PDF form with one text field, then type same with the keyboard (not copy/paste) “King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi”

    Admin access is required for new installations, then admin can select ‘Allow “Editor” user roles to access the plugin?’ option under the settings tab to allow “Editor” role access.

    No, it will not erase your mapping. However, if you add, remove, or rename the PDF fields the mapping will be affected as follows;
    ADD FIELD = New field becomes available in “PDF Form Field Name” dropdown list.
    DELETE OR RENAME FIELD = Mapping in Field Map Layout defaults to the first field in “PDF Form Field Name” dropdown list.

    Yes, simply use the Field Map Layout screen to upload the new PDF, be sure the name is the same. The plugin will overwrite the existing file.

    Any paid version will allow for the functionality you require. Any data forms will need to be created in Formidable Pro, you may be able to complete this task with the $15 version which allows up to 2 Formidable forms to merge to any number of PDF forms, which will allow the data to merge to any number of separate layouts (PDF forms).

    The unexpected functionality you are experiencing is not something we’ve seen with any other installation and we did not ‘design’ our plugin to take a site down for any reason, that indeed would be crappy! Instead, you are the first user to find the bug, which is also crappy!

    The activation key will only work for the number of purchased sites. We can move one or more of your form count to your site count, i.e. if you purchased a 1-SITE | 10-FORMS key we can change it to 2-SITE | 9-FORMS or you can add an additional sites or forms at $1 each using the upgrade form. Provide us with your order number to make a change to your account.

    After selecting the radio button you’ll need to click the SAVE FIELD MAP button at the bottom of the Field Map Layout. If you tried that, what message did you receive, if any?

    We have not experienced a situation where the setting won’t save. But if we did, we’d try duplicating the Field Map Layout and setting the new layout as needed. If that does not work, we’d try deleting and adding back the first mapped field which will make Full Name the first mapped field.

    1. Please elaborate on “options to export are still showing [empty]” we are not clear on your question/issue.

    2. Each of the PDF checkbox fields “EXPORT VALUE”, MUST match it’s corresponding Formidable field option value. All Checkbox group options must have unique names and be mapped in the Field Map Layout. However, all Radio Button group options must share the same name and only mapped once in the field map layout.

    If you would like to send us your PDF we can make the necessary changes to your checkbox fields and test the form on our server which will allow us to be specific with the instructions needed to complete your desired task.     Each PDF checkbox field must have a unique name and you must map the Formidable Checkbox Field to each of the PDF checkbox options in the Field Map Layout. Confirm you are setting the PDF Checkbox field’s EXPORT VALUE to the Formidable Form’s Checkbox value by using copy/paste. (If the Formidable checkbox value is too long or contains special characters, then use Formidable’s “Separate Values” function)

    Regarding Radio Buttons, you MUST name all PDF options the same, and change the PDF Radio Button EXPORT VALUE of each option to match (use copy/paste) each value from the Formidable Form radio button field options. (Again, if the Formidable checkbox value is too long or contains special characters, then use Formidable’s “Separate Values” function)

    We have double-checked all demos on the site and all are working as expected.

    Based on the error it is possible that data was entered into an email, URL, or image field but the data did not pass validation.

    The plugin license will allow the plugin to work on sites on a multi-site installation. However, do not activate the plugin for all sites, but instead activate each site individually. You can order more sites or change your form count to the site count.

    For instance, if you need 5 sites to use the plugin and you ordered the 1-SITE | 10-FORMS version, you can request 4 of the forms to be moved to the site count, changing your plan to 5-SITES | 6-FORMS.

    It may be a browser cache issue as the form has just been retested and appears to be working correctly.

    Nonetheless, we can provide a direct link to upgrade manually, what is your original order number (not key) and which version do you wish to upgrade to? Also, do you want to add any more forms or sites at $1 each?
