This issue is commonly associated with an SMTP plugin conflict. To test, disable the SMTP plugin and test the form.
If you are not using an SMTP plugin, then create a test form and test PDF template (not the same PDF) to see if the issue is limited to one form or a sitewide issue.

Any question regarding the moving of Formidable Forms would need to be asked on Formidable’s support site.
Regarding the PRO2PDF activation key, you may log in to the plugin’s website here to disable the activation key for the current URL, then enter the activation key into the new URL.
If you used any Formidable Field ID’s, it may be necessary to update them, however, Formidable Keys will remain the same.
Whatever you do, make sure you backup everything.

The issue is related to the site’s SSL certificate HTTP will not work, only HTTPS will work correctly.

No, it sounds like there is still an issue with your installation. The free version allows you to enable/disable forms from the Activated Forms tab.
