adminKeymasterThis issue is commonly associated with an SMTP plugin conflict. To test, disable the SMTP plugin and test the form.
If you are not using an SMTP plugin, then create a test form and test PDF template (not the same PDF) to see if the issue is limited to one form or a sitewide issue.
If the test form works, the issue may have to do with the PDF document, please send a copy to support AT formidablepro2pdf.com
If the issue is sitewide, we would need to log in and troubleshoot the issue, please use this form to provide credentials.

Regarding the PRO2PDF activation key, you may log in to the plugin’s website here to disable the activation key for the current URL, then enter the activation key into the new URL.
If you used any Formidable Field ID’s, it may be necessary to update them, however, Formidable Keys will remain the same.
Whatever you do, make sure you backup everything.
There are a lot of possible issues when moving a WP installation depending on your configuration and the cloning plugin. Let us know if you have any issues as we remain at your service.

If yes, what changed since it worked.
If no, try disabling all other plugins except Formidable Forms and then activating PRO2PDF. If the plugin activates, then reactivate the other plugins one-at-a-time until an error is found. Then, let us know the result.Complete this form if you would like us to log in and troubleshoot the issue.
