    Merge times may be sped up by;
    1. Optimize the PDFs so they are as small as possible. (This may involve recreating the PDFs from scratch)
    2. Installing PDFtk on your server.
    3. Email links to merged PDFs using the PRO2PDF shortcode rather than generating the PDFs upon submit.
    4. 30-mins is a huge exaggeration when the actual time for a 4mb file is actually around one minute.

    Yes, hidden fields may be used to merge pre-set information to PDF forms, HTML fields may also be used however, PDFs do not render HTML so the data from HTML fields would be plain text. and Formidable Forms has REST API functionality.

    FYI: Conditional statements like [if x equals=”SOMETHING”] [/if x] will also work in the new “Formidable: Dynamic” text area.

    We have added the [1111 show 4332] functionality to the latest plugin update. To achieve the functionality, select the new “Formidable: Dynamic” option from the “Webform Data Field ID” dropdown field in the field map layout.

    The resulting text area can accept most Formidable shortcodes, such as: [1111 show=4332], [1111 show=4332 show_info=1234], [frm-field-value field_id=x entry="y"], and even view shortcodes [display-frm-data id=555]!

    Give it a try and let us know if you need assistance as we remain at your service.

    Currently, PRO2PDF only supports Formidable’s signature add-on plugin. Install the add-on and then map the signature field to a PDF text field (not a PDF signature field)

    Please elaborate on your question. Are you referring to an online signature service such as Adobe e-sign or docusign? Or, are you referring to Formidable’s signature add-on plugin?

    Name of the field is not relevant to the value. You must match the PDF “EXPORT VALUE” to the Formidable Saved Value. PDFEscape is not unique or different than Acrobat. You are not setting up the PDF correctly.

    Are you able to provide a PDF so we may offer assistance specific to your form?

    Here’s a link to your PDF working on our server. We have not received a login support request, you can also create a PRO2PDF template from the TEMPLATES tab and attach it to an email. How would you like us to help?

    We checked the PDF, although the file is a bit too large, all appears to be working as expect on our server.

    Regarding the Radio Button size, our plugin does not have functionality to change the size of fields, it may be a font size issue which is set in the PDF form creation software.

    Which PDF Form creation software are you using? We are willing to take a look at your field map layout if you complete this form.

    Our plugin merges Formidable Form data to PDF Forms. You would first need to create a PDF Form before using our plugin. No worries, if you have purchased PRO2PDF we can issue a refund, just reply with your order number.

    1. For PDF checkboxes, uniquely name each PDF checkbox field in the group and make sure the “EXPORT VALUE” for each field matches the Formidable Checkbox option value. Then map each PDF Checkbox to the corresponding PDF Checkbox field.
    **If further checkbox support is needed, email the PDF and a link to the web form to us so we may be more specific to your form.

    2. You have two field map layouts that for the same form that are set to send a PDF attachment. Delete the other/unused or abandoned field map layout to fix your attachment issue.

    We received your login support request form, however, there are no outstanding issues with your installation that we are aware of.

    The PDF files were created in InDesign and are locked. To convert them to unlocked Acrobat PDFs, upload each to the free version of PDFEscape.com, right-click on any one field, select “UNLOCK”, then download by clicking the green double arrows on the left. Repeat for each PDF.

    We’ve unlocked the SOA form for you, and attached it to the email reply. We remain at your service.

    We have never seen the plugin produce these types of errors. Complete this form if it’s possible for us to login to the site. If login is not possible;

    . Are you able to provide a screenshot of the “Under the Hood” tab?
    . Is your WP installation a multi-site install?

    To make your PDF work as required we would need to develop the [1111 show 4332] functionality. We’ll take a look at our options and update the forum with the results and hopefully a timeline to release an update.

    Did you create fillable PDF forms and a field map layout for each of the web forms? If not, that must be done first, have you watched the demo video?
