    I am having trouble getting two things working.

    1. Having a checkbox selected in the Formidable FORM to place an X in a PDF that I am editing with a checkbox field in PDFESCAPE. I can’t seem to get it to propagate across. When trying to match the export value, there is no option during field mapping.

    2. Having a radio button select an option on a form. I am trying to place an X in a PDF in the correct selection when the user selects a particular option.

    Use the Radio Button help page and the Checkbox help page to setup your PDF and field maps. If you need more specific assistance, email your PDF Form as an attachment to support AT formidablepro2pdf DOT com.

    I did read both of those, but I suspect they rely on you having the name of the field used as the value. It does not seem to want to propagate across to the form I created in PDFESCAPE.

    Should I be choosing a text field or a checkbox field when creating the field in PDFESCAPE?

    Name of the field is not relevant to the value. You must match the PDF “EXPORT VALUE” to the Formidable Saved Value. PDFEscape is not unique or different than Acrobat. You are not setting up the PDF correctly.

    Are you able to provide a PDF so we may offer assistance specific to your form?

    I was just hoping for a bit of guidance as to how to set the EXPORT VALUE on PDFescape, as I have tried to find this option, and there is nothing called EXPORT VALUE in PDFescape.

    Do I select the field as a text field or a checkbox field?
