The number of forms means how many Formidable Forms can be activated to merge data to any number of PDF forms.
The number of sites means how many sites the activation key will work on.
For your activation key you can request to mix and match your forms/sites… so for 1-Site | 10-Forms you could request us to change it to 5-Sites | 6-Forms… or any other combination.

Our plugin is a service that requires an annual fee to continue using the service. However, purchasing the intranet version only requires the installation of PDFtk on your web server to avoid paying annual service fees.

We have confirmed Formidable’s “Real Estate Listings” template is showing in all installations following a recent update. While the existence of the form does not effect the functionality, operations, or licensing of the plugin, we will remove the form from the list in our next plugin update.
In the meantime, you may delete the template to remove it from the PRO2PDF forms list, or wait for the next PRO2PDF update.

“Real Estate Listings” is a Formidable Form Template located on your templates tab. However, templates should not show up in your list. Let us know if “Real Estate Listings” is the only template listed in your Formidable Template tab or if there are others.

Blank PDF attachments are caused by additional field map layout(s) for the same form. Delete all unused, test, and abandoned field map layouts or change the settings to not send attachment by email.

The easiest way is to purchase the TRIAL version then use the UPGRADE link to upgrade to the 2-Form|1-Site version and you’ll be able to add additional sites at that time.

You can upgrade to the 2-Form and add 1 additional site for $1, as each site on a multisite install needs a license. To add an additional site, purchase the 2-Form | 1-Site version and then upgrade to add 1 additional site.

PRO2PDF works with the free version of Formidable Forms, you don’t ‘need’ the PRO version if you don’t need the PRO version’s features.

PDFtk will not merge images, our server uses ghostscript and imagemagick which we do not support on other servers due to the various versions and endless configuration possibilities.
Consider using links to the PDFs in the body of the ‘On Submit’ email or replacing Formidable’s AJAX loading image to something else that promotes additional waiting time.

Images (and signatures) are not supported with the use of a local PDFtk installation, and unfortunately, there is no work-around other than using the remote PDFtk service.
