Hello,
Is it possible to create a read only pdf report that displays formatted (as defined in a pdf template in Acrobat DC) profile information that is automatically generated from a selected Formidable Form data entry? The report would be formatted similar to the following:

It would need to include images, list of entries from check box form, formatted text, maps, intelligently formatted address etc…

Yes, the plugin will accomplish the described task, keeping in mind the plugin merges data to PDF form fields but cannot expand or grow fields, sections, or add pages.
