Hello I have mapped a form to a PDF and I am now trying to generate the pdf with the data. When exporting the pdf I get an error message, Failed to load PDF document. I would appreciate any help you can give with this.

    Best,

Sounds like the PDF is too large (over 5mb) or incompatible with PRO2PDF (LiveCycle form). Are you able to forward the PDF to our support email for further review?

I am also getting this error on a new PDF document. I have emailed support twice but have yet to hear back. Is this plugin still supported?

Yes, the plugin is supported as evidenced by the prior response provided less than two hours after receiving the request.

Just wanted to respond to update my post – yes this plugin is being supported. Turns out my emails went into spam. After clearing that up, support was very quick to help me resolve my problem. Thanks for the great support!
