Your pricing shows a yearly price. Is that only good for getting updates or are we absolutely required to pay that every year to keep the PDF capabilities?
Just need your plugin to map the fields to a PDF file and email it as an attachment.June 1, 2017 at 9:57 am #15300
Our plugin is a service that requires an annual fee to continue using the service. However, purchasing the intranet version only requires the installation of PDFtk on your web server to avoid paying annual service fees.
NOTE: The intranet version does not merge signatures or images.

Perfect – this might be what we need. My main concern is that if you go out of business or your website is down if there will be an issue with the forms – and of course forgetting to renew on a yearly basis.
PDFtk – how would this be installed on the web server? Is it just a directory of files that needs uploaded to the hosting account?June 1, 2017 at 10:47 am #15303
All info regarding PDFtk is here – https://www.pdflabs.com/tools/pdftk-the-pdf-toolkit/

So essentially with your Intranet version, does it ‘phone home’ to confirm licensing or is it a one-time cost and we fully can use it for an indefinite period of time?
Of course, if there are updates to it, we’d need to purchase again to get the updates.June 1, 2017 at 12:32 pm #15306
The intranet is unlimited use for an indefinite period of time, with regular updates available on wordpress.org for update through the dashboard or manually.

Upon purchase we will provide an intranet activation file.June 13, 2017 at 9:32 am #15430
I just purchased the Intranet version and activated it with the key that was provided.
However, it says it expires 6/13/2018.
Thought this was a non-expiring license and it could be used on any number of sites / forms?
I did also install the PDFtk kit on the servers.June 13, 2017 at 9:56 am #15433
We have emailed a file to you that must be run on your server to fully activate the intranet version. Be sure to check the “Local PDFtk” option on the PRO2PDF SETTINGS page.
