Use the upgrade form, enter your activation key and select 1 Site – 2 Forms from the “Select Your Current Plan” dropdown, then check the upgraded plan and click Pay Now. Then, just pay the difference and we’ll upgrade and extend the subscription for one full year.

Take advantage of the “Enable automated layout creation for new field maps” option found on the SETTINGS page to create forms a lot faster!
The feature requires the Formidable Form fields to have EXACTLY the same field name as the PDF form fields or the PDF Fields to have the Formidable Form field “key” as it’s field name.
With all the above factors in place, new Field Map Layouts are created automatically saving hours of mapping and frustration.
The feature does not work for Repeatable Sections or Checkboxes, those will need to still be mapped manually.

From the plugin’s EXPORT tab, select YES from the “Attach file to Email notifications” dropdown, then check the checkbox(es) of the email action(s) you want the PDF attached to.

Yes, there is no limit to how many PDF forms you can map to from a single Formidable Form.

PRO2PDF cannot ‘create’ fields or ‘span’ data across pages. Our plugin requires a pre-made PDF form. However, with that said, there are no reasonably priced or any simply ways to produce the document you are seeking so we have created and deployed some really great work-arounds using Formidable Views and the plugin’s “Formidable: Dynamic” and “Repeatable (Separate Fields)” merge options.

With PRO2PDF you would need to create the PDF form, then map the fields, then you could attach the PDF to the email.
However, our newest plugin, E2Pdf, can automatically create and map the PDF form for you and soon will be able to do the reverse… automatically create the Formidable (or other) web form based on an uploaded PDF form. An absolutely amazing feature!

No, we do not offer a downloadable manual, although that is a very good idea, it’s not something we’ve been requested to provide and at this point we are concentrating our efforts on the E2Pdf plugin – and based on your question we will create a downloadable PDF for that plugin.

Did you check out our newest plugin called E2Pdf? It’s absolutely amazing and getting better all the time! We are working on a function that will automatically create web forms based on uploaded PDF forms in most or all of our extensions, Formidable, Forminator, Caldera, Divi, and soon Gravity, Contact Form 7 and Ninja.

The check/radio fields are there, as a single entry – you will NOT see each of field’s the options…

Just to be sure all is correct… You could try deleting, recreating, and renaming the PDF field, making sure to copy/paste the field name and field value from Formidable… then upload the revised PDF with the same filename to PRO2PDF, delete the existing field mapping and add the new field mapping.

We reviewed the screenshots and everything looks okay. This issue has occurred once or twice before, however, we were not provided credentials then so we were unable to determine the cause.
There could be an issue with the nonce, or the plugin may have been altered, we just can’t tell without logging in and tracing what is being sent to our server.
You can try…
…regenerating nonce and other secret keys inside wp-config.php (beyond our support)
…use our new E2Pdf plugin as a work-around

It is possible you are receiving an incorrect error. Try this… From the plugin’s EXPORT tab, select the Form, a Dataset, and the Field Map Layout, then click the EXPORT button.
Does the merge work or do you receive the same error?

Currently, merged images may be ‘displayed’ not PDFs, we do not expect to add this functionality to PRO2PDF, however, we may add such functionality to the replacement plugin E2Pdf.

The best way to update an existing PDF in PRO2PDF is to download the original PDF by entering [SITEURL]/wp-content/uploads/fpropdf-forms/YOUR.PDF

. Upload the updated PDF to the plugin using the “Upload a PDF file” button on the EXPORT tabAll mappings will work. If you make any changes to the PDF field or Formidable Fields, you’ll need to adjust the Field Map Layout accordingly, but you DO NOT need to recreate the Field Map Layout.

Sounds like there may be another “Field Map Layout” that is set to send emails when SUBMIT is clicked on the same Formidable Form.
. Disable “Attachments” on any abandoned, test, or failed field map layouts.
. Test the EXPORT functionality from the plugin’s EXPORT tab by selecting the FORM -> DATASET -> FIELD MAP LAYOUTOr, complete this form and we’ll take a quick look at your installation.
