Here’s more detailed instructions…
If you have FieldA, FieldB, and FieldC in a repeating section, then in your PDF Form;
. Name the 1st row FieldA1, FieldB1, FieldC1
. Name the 2nd row FieldA2, FieldB2, FieldC2
. Name the 3rd row FieldA3, FieldB3, FieldC3
. Name the 4th row FieldA4, FieldB4, FieldC4
. and so on… add as many as you need.Then, in the Field Map Layout;
. Use the “Repeatable (separate fields)” format to map each of the fields in the first row of PDF fields FieldA1, FieldB1 & FieldC1 (DO NOT MAP TO FIELDS 2,3,4, etc….)
. In the “Repeatable (separate fields)” text box, enter the Formidable field ID [xxx] that corresponds with the PDF Field like the instructions explain in the Repeatable Section instructions.EXAMPLE

Yes, variations of this has been done by several users. If you protect the resume web forms behind a membership subscription, then you won’t need to integrate PRO2PDF directly with WooCommerce, which would cost more for a custom plugin.

We also offer E2Pdf which is the newest and most amazing PDF plugin. The cost is a bit higher, but the plugin is nothing short of amazing. We will be updating the docs soon, but not included is the functionality to automatically create Formidable Forms based on an uploaded PDF form. We’ve tested the feature on forms with over 700 fields, it made the Formidable Form in about 5 seconds, give or take a blink of the eye.
While we are dedicated to maintaining both PRO2PDF and E2Pdf, we are not in control PDFtk, which is the heart of PRO2PDF, if PDFtk fails to be updated, supported, or compatible then there’s nothing we can do. The toolkit is old and their website reads “Now available for Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8.”… so… yeah…

The image you sent shows the plugin is not activated. Notice the “Activation” message at the top of the plugin screens? We’re reasonably sure this is a issue regarding the staging server environment allowing some services while restricting or not accessing others.

Try changing the “Language support” setting on the Field Map Layout to “UNICODE”, save the field map layout and attempt a merge again, let us know the result.
If the above does not work, try changing the “Flatten PDF form” setting on the Field Map Layout to “YES”, save the field map layout and attempt a merge again, let us know the result.
If the above does not work, this may be an issue with your staging environment, as the PDFs are merged on our server and the service is somehow failing/corrupting during transmission. We would need to login and debug the processes and check server logs.

We tested the field map layout with no issues. So let’s troubleshoot your installation slowly by answering the following questions… or quickly by providing login credentials here.
1. Did you login to the plugin’s website here and disable the original URL, then enter the activation key into the new installation?
2. When creating a new field map layout, are all the PDF fields listed in the “PDF Form Field Name” dropdown field on the Field Map Layout screen?
3. From the EXPORT tab of the Field Map Layout, does the merge work if you select the Form, Dataset, and Field Map Layout then click EXPORT?
4. Provide a screenshot of the plugin’s “Under the Hood” tab using this form

It’s possible that the Formidable Form database structure changed, as that is the only prior experience we can recall which sound similar to yours.
Take a look at the Formidable Form ENTRIES and see if the data shows up in the dashboard. If not, then the data need to be exported from the old and imported to the new.
If the data can be seen, then we would need to check out the installation to find the issue, you could use this form to send us the credentials or the PRO2PDF Template of the field map layout so we may begin to troubleshoot. Use the plugin’s TEMPLATES tab to export the file.

All data and files are transferred via “https”, however, we have not specifically designed PRO2PDF for HIPPA compliance, nor do we provide business associate agreements (BAA’s) to healthcare organizations.
The intranet version does all users to use PRO2PDF on an offline network.

All data and forms are stored on user’s servers at all times with any version of PRO2PDF, we do not “store” forms or data on our servers.
However, the UNLIMITED INTRANET allows users to “merge” stored data from an unlimited number of Formidable Forms using a locally installed version of PDFtk, and no data or PDF files will be transmitted across the internet.
You can install PDFtk on your web server if you want to merge online Formidable Forms to PDFs transmitting data or forms across the internet.
Keep in mind, images and signatures are not merged when using the Intranet Version or local PDFtk.

No, PRO2PDF does not convert a web form to a PDF form, you must use a third-party program or app like Adobe Acrobat or PDFEscape.com.
Our other plugin, E2Pdf, will convert a web form to a PDF form, and it’s free on the WordPress repository.
