. Remove and Reinstall the plugin
. Confirm the plugin’s demo receives the same error.
. Disable all plugins except Formidable’s and if it works add them back one at a time to find the conflict.

Give each PDF checbox a unique name and copy/paste the Formidable Form’s checkbox options into the PDF fields EXPORT VALUE. Then map each PDF field to the Formidable checkbox group.
The EXPORT VALUES must be exact!

At this time our plug-in only works with formidable forms. At this point we would be able to help if the current form can save those six fields as user meta data, then using formidable and the registration plug-in we would be able to provide a PDF in an email attachment.

Yes, PDF’s may be sent as attachments, however, we were not aware of the new import trigger, we are testing the feature and will update you again soon.
Currently a static password may be added to the Field Map Layout which would be the same password for all PDFs that are emailed or created by the shortcode. Optionally, you may use the password shortcode parameter to dynamically set the password when the user click the link provided by the shortcode (does not effect emailed PDFs).
Included with your support, we will further explore the possibility of adding a dynamic password to emailed PDFs. We will respond here with our findings soon.

We have not created or tested bulk imports with email attachments. How are you emailing for each imported entry now as the feature is not built into Formidable.
Regarding passwords, currently the plugin is only designed to dynamically create passwords from the shortcode.

We’re glad you found our plugin! We agree, our SEO needs work. We also agree that a dynamic password would be useful, so we added the shortcode parameter for creating stronger and personalized passwords, just use password=[xxx] in the shortcode.

Regarding PDF attachments, the paid version has the attach functionality, however you can add a link to the email by placing the shortcode in the email body and changing dataset=”xx” to dataset=[id]

PRO2PDF will fill your PDF Form with data from a Formidable form, but will not make the PDF ‘interactive’ as PDFEscape.
