    Our last update was major. However, we have not experienced anything like this issue. It sounds like the plugin is expired on your server. Can you confirm the license key is active?

    Uncheck the “Local PDFtk” setting…
    PRO2PDF → SETTINGS → UNCHECK “Enable local PDFTK” → CLICK “Save Changes”

    Check the Field Map Layout and make sure the email action is checked.
    From WP Dashboard | PRO2PDF | EXPORT | Select Field Map | Check “Attach file to Email notifications=YES” and check the FF email action is also selected.

    If all is correct, try creating a test Formidable Form and Field Map Layout. We are checking if the issue is only with old forms or with new forms too.

    Version 3.06 (and above) of PRO2PDF does work with PHP8. Can you provide the full error message that is received by mail or inside the error.log?

    The Intranet Version must be purchased separately. Keep in mind this version requires your server to have PDFtk and does not merge images or signatures.

    Verify this option is checked under PRO2PDF→SETTINGS “Enable automated layout creation for new field maps”

    If checked, then verify the PDF field names match the Formidable Form field names, exactly.

    If both are verified, we need to troubleshoot your PDF form and/or the plugin installation to determine the issue. If possible, upload the PDF to this form and include login credentials if you want us to login.

    – What types of fields are changing?
    – Are the same fields changing each time?
    – Are any changes being made to the Formidable Form fields?

    To combine several Formidable Form fields into on PDF field you should;
    – Add a hidden text calculation field to the Formidable Form
    – Add the desired fields to the hidden field
    – Map the hidden field to the PDF field.

    It appears the site’s hosting provider has disabled the shell_exec function in php.ini. Contact the provider and request that shell_exec be enabled.
