Hello, we noticed during our most recent project that the plugin is no longer registering the pdf fields, on recently uploaded pdfs OR ones that were uploaded a while back. Anything mapped prior to at least 3 or 4 weeks ago is still mapped, but instead of a drop down of all the pdf fields (as with the formidable form fields) its now a “fill in the blank”.
This is true for previously successfully built sites as well.
This also has an unfortunate side effect that any previously made forms with special characters in the field name are no longer mapped correctly, but anything that didn’t has thankfully remained intact.
We currently aren’t sure what’s changed as this was fine about a month ago on another project.
We have tested PHP versions, Template Incompatibilities, Plugin Incompatibilities, License Status, PDF Versions, Form Versions, and even tried older versions of both Formidable, Formidable Pro, and a 2018 version of Pro2PDF we happen to still have a copy of.
No error is thrown on our test site in regards to the plugin, neither on the site itself or in the logs that we can see.

Our last update was major. However, we have not experienced anything like this issue. It sounds like the plugin is expired on your server. Can you confirm the license key is active?

Thank you for responding. Yes our license key was/is active.
We’re not sure what the issue was, but during a debrief with our team this morning it just started working again. No changes were made on our part so we’re really not sure why.
So problem solved I suppose. Whatever that problem was ¯\_(ツ)_/¯adminKeymaster
We made a correction on our side with regard to signature fields which may have resolved the issue you were having. Nonetheless, let us know if you experience any repeats.
