PRO2PDF does not offer a API or binary data download options. Form data may be accessed using Formidable’s API add-on.

Create a Formidable Email Action for the form, then open the PRO2PDF template and set the the PDF Attachment to YES and check the box for the Email Action.
Now when a user clicks submit, the PDF will be attached to the email.

Map Formidable Signature Fields to Adobe Text Field, NOT Adobe Signature fields.
If you have used a text field and still have an issue, then let us know what specific issue you are having or complete this form to have us login to your installation to take a look.
Regarding the date field – select the DATE option from the FORMAT dropdown field on the field map layout, or use the FORMIDABLE: DYNAMIC option instead of the “Created At” Webform Date Field ID and then enter [xxxxx format=”d/m/Y”] into the textbox below, where xxxx is a field key from the form. Use any PHP date formatting for the format= setting.

Regarding radio and checkbox fields. Each PDF field has a “Export Value” that you MUST enter the Formidable field’s “Option Value” data into.
Your video shows the Formidable option value being used as the PDF Field Name. For Checkboxes that’s okay, but you must ALSO enter the same name into the PDF field’s “Export Value” field.

Sounds like you’ll need to use our other plugin, E2Pdf, as the templates offer more flexibility and conditional logic. Send View data can be tricky, but possible.
E2Pdf is available on the WP repository will all functionality but limited to one template for a one-page PDF.

Yes, with the paid version you are able to send the merged PDFs as attachments to Formidable’s email notifications.

Open all abandoned, failed, or unused field map layouts for the same form and change the “Attach file to Email notifications” setting to ‘No’, then scroll to the bottom and save the field map.
The only field map layout with the “Attach file to Email notifications” setting set to ‘YES’ should be the PDF(s) you want to email on form submit.

– Are you able to provide any links to your previous forum posts? We are not able to find any requests from you!After logging in to your insallation, the issue is missing software on your server. PDF files use UTF-16, not UTF-8, so we use the PHP MBstring module to re-encode text, which is available on most servers: http://php.net/manual/en/mbstring.installation.php
There’s a fallback when the module is not installed: http://php.net/manual/en/book.iconv.php
If you can install one or the other the issue should go away. If one or both are already installed on your server, we may need FTP access to check the issue. In that case if you can provide credentials please send to support(at)formidablepro2pdf.com.

To fix the link issue, remove the “” (quotes) from around the [id] in the shortcode.

If confirmed, see below to work with Formidable to fix the CC and BCC issues, which may also be the cause of the attachment issue.
Regarding CC and BCC, that is an issue for the great support team at Formidable Forms.

Based on your description of the issue, “as HTML code instead”, the issue is likely a Formidable Forms issue if the email message arrives as html code.
PDF files contain NO html code… and do not produce html code…
Check this Formidable Forms support link regarding HTML in emails.
Regarding PRO2PDF, PDFs are attached to emails, or provided as a link in emails using the shortcode. Let us know if the PDF link is the only element rending as HTML code, and the rest of the email appears normal.
Regarding PDF attachments, if the Formidable Form’s Email Notification was replaced, the user may need to CHECK the checkbox for the Email Notification item on the PRO2PDF Field Map Layout. See attached image for the location of the checkbox.

We do not offer any subscription plans that do not expire. All initial plans are 1-year, renewals may be 1 to 5 years with higher discounts for additional years.
We confirmed that your licence key did expire on June 9th 2019, however, the plugin will revert to the free version and will still work with one form. The key may be renewed by logging on to the plugins site here, or a new license may be purchased here, once a new or renewed key is active on your WP installation(s), all field map layouts will continue to work.

Are you clicking SUBMIT on a Formidable Form that has the option “Do not store entries submitted from this form”? Then, the PDF has no data, but if the option is not checked, the PDF has data?If yes:
