HI,
I was alerted by the client today that PDF was not working on his site. He is a BIG customer.I login here to check the status and it looks like my license has expired. When I check the order section it shows something for 2017! but nothing since. I renewed immediately and it started working again.
Really… this isn’t very good.
Can you please send me an invoice because I can’t see anything at all in my Orders section.
Your licence key is 5F4638DD7A4B11E7B13AA71A8C6*****.

adminKeymasterReminders are sent to the email address associated with the account (john@*****webdesign.com.**). Check your spam folder and let us know if we are ending up there. We have never and will never send spam, however, we are using WP’s smtp so it’s possible emails are automatically routed to spam by your email provider.
A renewal invoice will be emailed to the email address on the account.
To avoid renewal issues you may extend the key renewal for up to 5 years at a 30% discount!
