We have an add-on plugin available ($10) that saves the merged PDF to your server, which should accommodate the woocommerce paid download file requirement, however you’ll need to contact woocommerce to find out how/where to save the file. If needed, please complete this form and we’ll send the add-on to you.

Test the merge to make sure it works from the plugin’s Field Map Layout screen. (obvious, I know… but… you never know… you know?) If it works, then;
1. Check for any other layouts for the same form that are also set YES to send email attachments. (Sometimes unused test layouts or incomplete layouts that can cause the attachment to fail.)
2. If possible, delete the current email notification and add new email notification with a different name. (If not possible to delete the email notification, then add a condition to the email notification that will stop it from sending and add another email notification with a different name.)
3. Select the new notification by selecting the checkbox and save the Field Map Layout, then test and let us know if it works.
4. If it fails, complete this form if we may take a look at your installation, or try the test again after adding support AT formidablepro2pdf DOT com to the CC of the new email notification and reply here with your test results.

Yes, the info at http://www.formidablepro2pdf.com/repeatable-field/ is still accurate, except you can use just one Formidable FieldID for each line of the map, like this…
From the field map layout screen, map the repeatable section to the PDF Location1 field and select the new format option “Repeatable (separate fields)” then type Location1’s Formidable field ID into the text box just like in http://www.formidablepro2pdf.com/repeatable-field/, then repeat the steps to add your other fields each as it’s own map line item: Other1, Type1, Floor1 and Conditon1 all mapping to the same repeatable section except you’ll change the fieldID to correspond to the correct Formidable field.

The shortcode is failing because you left out the dataset=[id] part.
Also, the shortcode could be less complicated by changing the values of the dropdown list to the layoutID’s, then just make the layoutID equal the form field ID, like this…
[formidable-download form=’44tmf035′ dataset=[id] layout=[5346]]However regarding email attachments, they are not controlled by the shortcode, they are sent based on the Layout settings. There is currently no way to stop attachments using shortcodes.
You can, however, place the shortcode in the email body, you’ll be able to click to download the correct PDF.

Update your plugin to use the new “Repeatable (separate fields)” format option which does exactly what you’ve requested.

In the PDF Form, select the “Multi-Line” setting for the text field that needs to be a paragraph text field. Then reupload the PDF form to the plugin.
Optionally, you can also select the “scroll long text” checkbox if you want the data to scroll beyond the available space…

Formidable Forms is the plugin needed to create the web form(s). The free version works great, but there are a lot of features missing, this page displays what is included and what is missing from the free version.
Formidable PRO2PDF is our plugin, which is needed to merge Formidable Forms to PDF Forms – The free option offers up to 1 Form but there are a lot of features missing, paid options have all features included… 2 Forms ($15), 10 Forms ($25), 40 Forms ($40) and Unlimited Forms ($99) – you choose which subscription you need. You can upgrade at anytime using the upgrade page.
You also need a program or app to build your PDF Forms. You can use Adobe Acrobat, or PDFEscape.com, or any other PDF Form making program (except Adobe LiveCycle forms).

Still trying to find the reason you received the error, did you update the plugin? Please let us know if the unlock file fixes the issue.

Found the Formidable post that will help. You’ll need to create a shortcode or two that checks all of the values and returns true/false or returns the content if the statement is true. This is just an example, your code will need to be different.
Compare two fields in View
Use this shortcode to compare two fields in your View. Usage: [compare val1=”[x]” type=”==” val2=”[y]”]content here[/compare]. Replace x and y with your field ids and replace == with your condition. If you would like to check if the two values are equal, use ==.

Dynamic LayoutID’s will only work in shortcodes, and shortcodes do not affect email attachments. Attachments are generated upon submission of the form for ALL layouts associated with the form.
Currently the only way to turn on/off email attachments is from the Field Map Layout screen.
Last I checked Formidable conditionals may not be stacked, you may require some javascript to make this work as needed, or there may be a way to add a double IF statement, I’ll check with Formidable regarding this.

You can use the conditional shortcodes in the On Submit Message Box or in the body of the email message. (or other forms, veiws, pages, post, or custom taxonomy)
To do this without adding javascript there will need to be form conditions that can be filtered using Fomidable’s Conditionals.
Then, you can use them to decide which Shortcode to use, or just which value to use for the LayoutID like this:

Honestly, the thought did not cross out minds… we’ve been working on custom requests, ready-made templates, and the all-new inline text pdf forms.

The send email attachment is controlled by the Layout. So if LayoutID=10 then the email notification(s) for Layout ID10 will be sent.
