    Chinese characters are not supported at this time, we are working on a fix but as of now the plugin is unable to successfully merge them.

    PDFtk (our PDF engine) does not offer a method of batch printing PDFs, however, Adobe Acrobat does. Try their solution example here: http://blogs.adobe.com/acrolaw/2010/03/batch-printing-pdfs-and-other-files-using-acrobat-9/

    Use the shortcode’s flatten parameter found here. If you have the pro version then change the Field Map Layout option “Flatten PDF form” to ‘YES’.

    We are aware of an issue where a failed merge produces an inaccurate error message. If you have never registered the plugin, then the error is likely a merge error.

    Complete this form if it is possible for us to login to your installation so that we may find the issue.

    Or, if not possible, then try creating a new field map layout with just one mapped field to a new PDF with one field to see if the merge function works. If it works, then you’ll need to troubleshoot the merge itself by trying to merge one field to the PDF form, to make sure the PDF form is not missing or corrupt. Then we recommend duplicating the existing field map layout, and deleting one field at a time and checking the merge function to find the issue.

    If you only have one form, and don’t need the paid features, then you can use the free version forever.

    If you have been using the free version, then the issue is not related to the activation key, it’s likely a merge issue.

    We digress, regarding your initial support request, please provide more detailed information regarding “suddenly it has quit working.” Are you receiving an error, if so when and what message are you receiving?

    The new code requires the purchase of one of the versions on this page. If you had the 2-Form|1-Site version, then select that version’s button. The 1-Form|1-Site version does not have an annual option.

    Yes and no. An annual subscription is required to use our PDF creation service, however, a subscription is not required if you have PDFtk on your server. In which case, purchasing the intranet version will not require renewal.

    Discounted multi-year subscriptions are available upon request.
    EXAMPLE: (Pay for 3 years and get 5 years)(Pay for 5 years and get 10 years)

    NOTE: The intranet version does not merge signatures or images.

    If the above works, try removing one field from the field map layout so you only have 108 fields, then add the image field to the mapping, if it works you’ll need to increase some PHP settings.

    We suspect the image download is not complete when the email is sent. We have found the new image field does not disable the submit button which allows Submit to be clicked prior to the download completing.

    One workaround would be to separate the image upload field with a “Next Page” field to give the file time to upload. Another workaround would be to add the shortcode to the body of the email action template so you receive a link allowing you to download the PDF

    We apologize for our confusing reply. We understood your description and pictures. The PRO2PDF plugin cannot selectively hide Formidable’s radio/checkbox options.

    If you don’t want the PDF text field to show the non-“other” Formidable Radio Button options you must use the work-around to “stop the pre-designated radio buttons from populating the PDF text field” when the PDF text field is merged with the Formidable Radio Button field.

    The work-around is to use Formidable’s conditional logic to show/hide a Formidable Text Field and call it “other”. This will select the “other” PDF Radio Option and fill the PDF’s “other” text field.

    Formidable’s “other option” will only work if you merge to a PDF text field, not to a PDF radio button because there’s is no way to ‘match’ random user’s input to a PDF radio button.

    We are not aware of any issues with merging a signature field and have tested the field again just now to be sure. There were no updates done to the signature or image merging. Can you provide more information about “lost my Signature Field when the PDF is processed”.

    Also, we’re not sure why you would need to “delete the Field Form template again and again and again”… Please provide more information about what is going on that you would need to delete the template.

    We are aware of an issue with Slavic Characters, it’s possible the same issue exists with Thai characters, you’ll need to try changing the PDF font, if that does not work, I’m afraid we will need to refund your order as the plugin will not work with all language character sets.
