The email address you provided is not linked to a license key, what is the order number for your PRO2PDF plugin license?

adminKeymasterThere are no known bugs with regard to the shortcode as described on this thread, the issue is likely an incorrectly formatted shortcode.
Provide us with the following screenshots for further assistance.
. Plugin’s EXPORT tab with the Form, Dataset, and Field Map Layout selected
. Plugin’s SETTINGS tab
. Shortcode where ever it is being usedOr, complete this form to have us login to your installation.

adminKeymasterYour account appears okay on our side. Did you migrate to a new server or change the site’s URL?
Create a screenshot of the plugin’s “Activated Forms” tab and upload it to this form, optionally you can enter site credentials for us to take a look.

adminKeymasterZip code is controlled by the Formidable Form, not PRO2PDF, just use (no formatting) or you can also apply any other PHP number format using the same example as above.
Address line 2 is achieved by using the “Address” format and the [line2] shortcode. Let us know if you are having a problem with this method.

adminKeymasterUse the Formidable: Dynamic setting found at the bottom of the “Webform Data Field ID” dropdown on the field map layout along with PHP date function like this…
[123 format=”d/m/y”]
Change 123 to your field ID.

February 23, 2018 at 11:36 am in reply to: “Unicode” setting in “Language support:” is effecting the font Autosize #18057adminKeymasterYes, you can/should use a different font, find one that is compatible with superscript. Our suggestion was to use a preset font size not the ‘auto’ setting.
From above: “…be sure they are set to a font size and not set to ‘auto’.”

February 23, 2018 at 9:22 am in reply to: “Unicode” setting in “Language support:” is effecting the font Autosize #18055adminKeymasterPrepare Form | Right Click the Field | Properties | Appearance | Font Size
Adobe provides detailed documentation on their site, here’s the form field properties page.
February 23, 2018 at 5:38 am in reply to: “Unicode” setting in “Language support:” is effecting the font Autosize #18052adminKeymasterThat’s not the expected functionality or result. Double check the PDF form field settings to be sure they are set to a font size and not set to ‘auto’. You can also try not using the Unicode option, instead changing the PDF font to Ariel or any other font that will render superscript.
Upload the PDF here if you’d like us to take a look at the font/superscript issue.

adminKeymasterYes, the plugin will fill the linked PDF form from a multi-page Formidable form. That’s exactly what it was designed for.
Complete this form if you would like a quote to have us create a merge template for you.

February 19, 2018 at 7:32 am in reply to: Can't get the information from the form to export onto a PDF #17997adminKeymasterOur plugin fills Adobe PDF form fields, therefore, form fields must exist on the PDF to work with the PRO2PDF field map layout.
Do you have a pre-made PDF form to use?

adminKeymasterWe provided a reply to this request on this thread last Friday morning. It appears the PDF font is causing the issue. Try changing the font and let us know the results of your efforts.

adminKeymasterPRO2PDF is not capable of ‘randomly’ spanning data across pages or ‘automatically’ spawning new pages. All PDF forms must include preset/pre-sized fields. That said, we have assisted many users in creating multiple PDF forms for the same Formidable form and dynamically selecting which PDF form to use based on Formidable form data such as the number of entries in a repeatable section or conditionally completed fields.
However, our future version of PRO2PDF will span data and spawn new pages. Named E2Pdf and now accepting beta tester requests, E2Pdf is currently in Alpha testing with a beta version expected in March.
“Day being entered” may be captured by using one of the following methods…
1) the plugin’s “Current Date” field map format, or
2) the “Formidable: Created at” option found in the field map layout’s “Webform Data Field ID” dropdown field. or
3) Add a hidden field to the Formidable form with [date] as the default value. We remain at your service.
adminKeymasterIf there was an update, can you ask them to revert back to the prior version?
adminKeymasterNo. This appears to be caused by an update to the server’s cURL or PHP software, but we have not found the exact cause or a fix for the issue. The PDF’s base64 encoding is being modified and unable to be decoded on our server. Are you able to check with your hosting provider and find out if cURL or PHP was updated around the time the issue began?
We are still working on this and remain at your service.

adminKeymasterTry changing the font or using the “Unicode” setting on the “Language support:” dropdown on the options of the Field Map Layout.
A work-around would be to set the PDF fields to READ ONLY and don’t use the flatten option.
We would be glad to reproduce this issue ourselves, are you able to provide a copy of the PDF and specifics of how the superscript is being saved in the Formidable Form entry?
Additionally, we have not heard back from you regarding other past support requests, are you able to respond to those?

adminKeymasterThis is an odd issue, we are going to need FTP access to troubleshoot the cause. Use this same form to provide the credentials.

adminKeymasterThere are no known issues with updates. We’ll need further information to help identify the cause.
. Are you able to export PDFs from the plugin’s EXPORT tab?
– If not, download the PDF the exists on the server, open and inspect the file for any obvious issues.
. Are the attachments PDFs, and are they still named correctly?Let us know the results.
