This is the third similar request we have received in the past hour. We are working to find the cause of the issue and we will not stop until the error is resolved and full service is restored.
At this time we do not know the cause or origin, but have confirmed the issue is effecting several users but is NOT server-wide.

Any solution created with Formidable Forms would look and act different than the example.
PRO2PDF does not offer a view of the PDF in WordPress, E2PDF does. (Free version includes all features with 1 one-page PDF template)
To look more like the example above, I might create the previews as a Formidable View and also create the PDF templates, maybe as a ‘final preview’.
Regarding ‘What would be the cost?’ – The 10 Templates annual price is $50 for E2Pdf. Due to the nature of Formidable Forms, the time and UI customization required to develop would be outside our development support. You could try someone on the Formidable Community Slack Group. We may be able to offer our services to create a simpler version, if needed let us know.

The account shows 1 out of 2 sites is currently being used, however, you are only licensed for 1 site, therefore you may use the activation keys for the same site, one for http and one for https.

Change the shortcode’s dataset parameter from dataset=xx to dataset=[id]. We hid the instructions on the demo video here at the top of the Shortcode Parameters page under the REQUIRED section.

The license key you provided was not a renewal key, it was a new key. License keys issued prior to December 1, 2018 may migrate to E2Pdf at no charge.
You may request a refund for the PRO2PDF purchase, and then purchase a new E2Pdf license. Old PRO2PDF templates may be converted to E2Pdf templates here.
If you have an old license key, you could renew that key then migrate and use both plugins until the PRO2PDF expiration date, at that point you would need to renew one or the other.

We are continually improving E2Pdf, however, we are strictly maintaining PRO2PDF which relies on PDFtk. PDFtk has not been updated in years and may become out of date sometime in the future.

You are not able to view and edit a PDF form on WordPress. This plugin, PRO2PDF, works with Formidable Forms to fill PDF form fields. You would need to create a form with the Formidable Forms plugin, then use this plugin to merge the submit data from the web form to the PDF form.
PRO2PDF will create a download link, automatically open on users desktop, and/or email the PDF as an attachment, but it will not display the PDF in WordPress.
We have another plugin, E2Pdf that can display the PDF in WordPress, however, the data must be entered into a web form. E2Pdf works with Formidable Forms, Forminator, Caldera Forms, Gravity Forms, and Divi Contact Form.
Both plugins are available for free in the WordPress plugin repository.

PRO2PDF does not offer a API or binary data download options. Form data may be accessed using Formidable’s API add-on.

Confirm, do you have “SIGNATURE” selected in the Format dropdown field on the field map layout?

Reminders are sent to the email address associated with the account (john@*****webdesign.com.**). Check your spam folder and let us know if we are ending up there. We have never and will never send spam, however, we are using WP’s smtp so it’s possible emails are automatically routed to spam by your email provider.

Create a Formidable Email Action for the form, then open the PRO2PDF template and set the the PDF Attachment to YES and check the box for the Email Action.
Now when a user clicks submit, the PDF will be attached to the email.

Map Formidable Signature Fields to Adobe Text Field, NOT Adobe Signature fields.
If you have used a text field and still have an issue, then let us know what specific issue you are having or complete this form to have us login to your installation to take a look.
Regarding the date field – select the DATE option from the FORMAT dropdown field on the field map layout, or use the FORMIDABLE: DYNAMIC option instead of the “Created At” Webform Date Field ID and then enter [xxxxx format=”d/m/Y”] into the textbox below, where xxxx is a field key from the form. Use any PHP date formatting for the format= setting.

Regarding radio and checkbox fields. Each PDF field has a “Export Value” that you MUST enter the Formidable field’s “Option Value” data into.
Your video shows the Formidable option value being used as the PDF Field Name. For Checkboxes that’s okay, but you must ALSO enter the same name into the PDF field’s “Export Value” field.

Sounds like you’ll need to use our other plugin, E2Pdf, as the templates offer more flexibility and conditional logic. Send View data can be tricky, but possible.
E2Pdf is available on the WP repository will all functionality but limited to one template for a one-page PDF.
