Yes. If the entry creation process is not using the traditional method of data entry, then it’s highly possible PRO2PDF is not engaging in the process.

We would need to login to see how the functionality of PRO2PDF would need to change to accommodate the merge.

It’s possible the PDF form is not 100% compatible with Adobe Acrobat or PRO2PDF.

Upload the file here so we can take a look.

Or, we have found pdfescape.com normalizes incompatible PDF forms, try fixing it yourself by uploading the PDF form to pdfescape.com, click to edit the form, then save and download it.

There are currently no known issues with merging images, except trying to merge one image to multiple PDF fields with the same name.

    – Does the form that you created before still work?
    – If yes, try adding (and mapping to) a new PDF text field, be sure the field has a unique name.
    – If no, we may need to take a look to find the issue and will likely need FTP access as well to view server logs. If that’s possible, complete this form. If not let us know and we’ll try to troubleshoot through messaging.

Upload the PDF attachments to PRO2PDF and create Field Map Layouts for each of the attachments and select Yes for the “Attach file to Email notifications” option and check the email notification. You do not need to map any fields, the attachments will be sent.

PRO2PDF does not recognize the Formidable Form formatting options. To format entries you must use the PRO2PDF format dropdown (paid version only) located on the Field Map Layout for each mapping.

Yes, our plugin will merge data from a Formidable Form to a PDF Form.
First, you’ll need to design your Formidable Form and your PDF Form on your own…
Then, upload the PDF form to the PRO2PDF ‘EXPORT’ tab to use the field map layout to map the web form to the PDF form.

Optionally, you can use our newer plugin E2Pdf, which will create your PDF form automatically, or if you already have a PDF form, E2Pdf can automatically create your Formidable Form!

We released a fix for the address field inside repeatable fields, the usage is: [field_id:line1], [field_id:line2] and so on.

[field_id] also will be converted to full address.

The same fix was applied to the “Credit Card” field.

Sounds like there is an issue with your PDF file, possibly too large or a non-compatible file.

Complete this form to provide site credentials if we can login to take a look, or reply here by attaching the PDF form and a screenshot of the “Export” tab with the Formidable Form and Field Map Layout selected in their respective drop down field, showing the entire top of the field map layout and at least the first 2 mapped fields.

Here’s an image of the tab, the plugin is over 5 years old with 1000’s of users but this being the first question about where to enter the key… maybe your installation is missing the 2nd tab called “Activated Forms”?

PRO2PDF is designed to fill PDF forms with Formidable Form data. You upload your own PDF form (with adobe form fields) to PRO2PDF, then design your own template using the Field Map Layout Designer to map the web form fields to the PDF form fields.

The free version is in the WordPress Plugin Repository, you can also try the free version of our newest plugin E2Pdf which works with Formidable as well as many other form plugins like Gravity, Forminator, Divi Contact Form, Caldera, with more being added all the time.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Were are not aware of any issues, however, our senior developer is now checking everything including working with Sucuri to clear any blacklisting of the plugin.

We will reply again once we’ve evaluated the plugin and confer with Sucuri. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

PRO2PDF shortcodes are designed to be used in the Formidable Form’s “On Submit Message Box” or in Formidable Views only. Take a look at the demo video for where to place the shortcode in the On Submit Message Box.

Let us know if you need further assistance with the shortcode.

Sounds like you are using the free version of the plugin, or you have not selected the “Signature” option from the “Format” dropdown for each of the signature field mappings.

If you are using the free version you’ll need to purchase the paid version, if you are using the paid version and have “Signature” selected from the “Format” dropdown, then we may need to take a look at one of your installations to determine the issue. Complete this form if possible, otherwise reply to this email for additional troubleshooting.

Based on the description of the reported issue, it’s likely the PDF form is too large. Forms should not be more than 5MB, but are best under 1MB. To minimize form file sizes, minimize the number of fonts used in the document to 1 or 2, and use this site to compress PDF forms.

Complete this form to provide the required permission to have us log in and take a look.

This is an issue with Adobe Acrobat which we have no control over. Once a PDF is ‘digitally signed’, including using Adobe’s ESignature service – by design – Acrobat won’t print the document to a PDF file. This has been an issue for many years as we personally use digital signatures in our real job.

The workaround is to use a third party PDF print driver, such as Microsoft’s Print to PDF driver, and most others, to print a digitally signed document from Acrobat to PDF.

A google search of the topic shows how long this has been an issue.

    admin

The functionality with Apple products is working as expected on other WP installations. Try the demo on our site here with your Apple device(s).

The issue appears to be related to your WordPress installation, possibly a third-party plugin that changes the default behavior of htaccess, cache, restrictions, etc.. Try disabling any security, caching, or SMTP plugins, and test.

If it works, add the plugins back one-by-one and test each time to find the source of the conflict.

If it doesn’t work, you may need to open your server up to Ukrainian country access, as it appears to be blocking the developer from logging in.

REGARDING – A requirement is to have Adobe (or other Acrobat form editor) installed…
–This requisite pertains to your personal computer’s requirement to setup the PDF Form. This is not a server requirement.

    REGARDING CONFIGURATION:
Yes, PRO2PDF will work for your use case.
–You’ll need the 1-SITE | 2-FORMS paid version to be able to merge images.
–Paying for ‘number of selected checkboxes’ may need to be done using a separate form prior to submitting the form data. More discussion may be required to ensure your expected workflow is possible.
