Also – we released a major update today, please be sure to update your plugin to the latest version .
Your shortcut looks like it is formatted okay. Are you able to Export from the Form Layout Designer (main plugin page) where form=”1mmrl3″ AND layout=”18″?
If yes, please double check your shortcodes quote marks, if you cut/pasted here, the right side quote are not standard quote marks.
If no, please double check your PDF field name, it should only consist of letters, numbers and dashes. (no special characters)
If all the above is okay too, we may need to check under the hood. If possible, please email temporary login info to support (at) formidablepro2pdf DOT com and we’ll have a look-see and then fix or advise otherwise.

Here’s a list of functions that will not be available for offline installations;
– Field previews in field map designer;
– List of PDF fields as a dropdown in Field Map Designer (text field will be shown, field ID has to be typed using keyboard)
– Flatten form

Adobe Acrobat is not required for any installation of the plugin, you may use any program which creates standard PDF Forms using text fields, checkboxes and/or radio buttons.
However, using the plugin on an offline intranet requires PDFTK be installed on your server and PHP shell commands must also be enabled. Additionally, some of the plugin’s “convenience functions” will not be available, such as the select-box of PDF fields on the Field Map Designer.
If you are able to provide a temporary login please send to support AT formidablepro2pdf DOT com, if not please provide a screen shot of the entire Layout screen with the correct form, dataset and layout selected.

– No problem!To clean up the Field Map Layouts, select the layout you want to delete, scroll to the bottom of the Field Map Designer page and click the DELETE ENTIRE FIELD MAP button.
Shortcodes do not work within email messages/actions, emails are sent when “Attach file to Email notifications” is set to YES – AND – the “Email Action” box is checked.
Does the “Export to PDF” button work from the Designer for the layout you want to send by email? Are you working online or an offline Intranet?

We have not experienced any issues as you have indicated. Please confirm the following;
1. Regular Formidable Forms are able to send emails?
2. Add an Email Notification action in the Formidable Form setting of the Form referenced in the plugin’s Field Map Layout?
3. From the plugin screen, you are selecting the saved Layout from the “Field Map to use:” dropdown
4. Change “Attach file to Email notifications” to YES?
5. Click SAVE at the bottom of the Field Map Designer?If all the above is confirmed, we would need a temporary login to further troubleshoot the issue. If possible, please email to support (at) formidablepro2pdf DOT com.
HTML fields have been added to the Field Map Designer’s “Webform Data Field ID” dropdown and may now be mapped to PDF forms.
We also added a new option to the “Format” dropdown called “Remove empty lines in text” which may be used to strip empty lines from the HTML field (or any other field).
Update the plugin, and give it a try. Let us know if you have any questions or experience any issues.

I think you can do what you are asking without any further programming to the plugin. But, I need a little more information to answer your question correctly.
Can I log into your installation to see more? If so, please email a temp login to support AT formidablepro2pdf DOT com. If not, then please email 2 or 3 PDF forms and a link to the Formidable Form.

It appears the issue is the Formidable plugin version, which must be higher than (or equal to) 2.0.9. Yours is at 2.0.8. We’ve added a message on our plugin page informing users they must update the Formidable Forms plugin and where to update the Formidable Forms plugin in one click, usually located at “wp-admin/update-core.php”.
Update Formidable Forms and it should work fine, let us know if you still experience issues.

“Loading layout… Please wait… ” usually means the Field Map Layout or PDF form was not setup or saved correctly. Can you email a temporary login to your WP install, or if not, please email the PDF form, a link to the Formidable form and a screenshot of the entire “Field Map Designer” with the Formidable Form, Dataset and Layout selected to support AT formidablepro2pdf DOT com.
To create PDF Forms you should use Adobe Acrobat (any version except Reader) or PDFEscape.com.
Yes, you can change the eEmail address of the recipient by using the field id of your check-box in the Formidable Forms -> Settings -> Form Actions -> To: text box.

Add a text field to your PDF form, we will call it “Current Time”, then in the PRO2PDF Field Map Designer for your Layout, map the “Current Time” PDF Form Field to the “Formidable: Created At” or the “Formidable: Updated At” field Webform Data Field ID located at the bottom of the Webform Data Field ID dropdown list and SAVE the Layout.
That’s it, the “Current Time” will print on your merged PFD form.

Currently, the plans can be changed to 1 SITE 10 FORMS or 10 FORMS 1 SITE or any other combination. Please request the number of sites/forms on the order form.
