Add a hidden field to the form and then reference the field ID in the shortcode (password=[123] where 123 is a hidden field in your form)
Also, looks like there is a duplicate parameter and a space missing before ‘label’ in your shortcode… (layout=”1006″label=0)

Confirm the PDF file name does not contain any special characters, commas, or periods and upload to PRO2PDF again. Also, make sure the PDF is not more than 6MB.

Formidable signature is an add-on plugin offered by Formidable Forms.

Any conditional logic would need to be placed in the Formidable Form or it’s Email Action(s), our plugin does not allow for conditional logic.

No, the plugin will not merge different PDF Forms into one PDF file. users would need to create the desired PDF, then merge the data to the PDF. You are also able to create different versions of PDFs, then dynamically select which version to merge to the data to.

Formidable’s Address field requires “Address” to be selected in the Format dropdown field on the field map. Depending on how the PDF address fields are laid out, you may need to map the address field more than once to fill all the PDF forms.
All number calculations must be done in Formidable using hidden fields then merged to the PDF, there is no way to run the number fields without using PDF javascript, which we do not support.

Not exactly, but you can mix/match the 1-Site | 10 Forms to be 6-Sites | 5-Forms… so it’s 11 total of whatever you need. Use this forum to request a change to your subscription.

At this point you’ll need to disable all plugins except the Formidable plugins, and also disable any custom code specific to Formidable to troubleshoot the issue as we have no known issues with merging signatures.
