I sent an image to your FB group messenger, taken directly from the my account > order page on your site and the words are exactly this:

Expires Never

I sent you the screen shot.
or you can view my order page on your website.

I’m guessing this changed occurred AFTER I bought it?

solution:
reload the mapping (like you are going to update the Field Map)

then you will see the ‘new’ email notifications… ie. check or uncheck them.

FYI. those check boxes do not show, UNLESS you load it 🙂

well I’m happy things are working now and you acted quickly to help, but
1) there was another site (which you didn’t have access to) that was not working, but is working now

2) on the tab, under the hood:
when it was not working:
/tmp is writable: Yes
/tmp can have files: No
/tmp write successful: No
/tmp delete successful: Yes

obviously, now they are all set to yes

3) so turning the plugin on / off on the other site didn’t happen, but its working now

I’m trying to understand WHY it stopped working to being with?

i believe the Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() —> happened in all versions.

I believe the Warning: curl_setopt_array(): open_basedir restriction in effect –> happened after the $2 version was used.
