Yes, PDF’s may be generated to not allow editing, we call this feature “flatten” which may be set by default for each PDF in the field map layout, or may be changed using the flatten=”yes” shortcode parameter.

A fixed amount of fields is required in the pdf template as the plugin only merges data to existing pdf form fields, the plugin DOES NOT ‘create’ pdf forms or pdf fields.
That said, the repeatable fields merge feature only requires the first group of fields to be mapped, data for each additional group of fields will be automatically merged if the fields have the same name with an incrementing number as the last character.

No, you may order any version and request to move your FORMS count to your SITES count, like this….
If you purchase 1-SITE | 10-FORMS you can request any number of forms (in this case up to 9) to be moved to the SITE count. So, if you need 4 total sites, you would end up with 4-SITES and 7-FORMS on each site.

Sounds like you have one or more additional “Field Map Layouts” created for the same form, possibly test or incomplete map(s). Select and Delete all unused maps by clicking the “Delete Entire Field Map” button at the bottom of the field map.
If that’s not the issue, please provide a screenshot of your form’s entire “Settings” page and the entire PRO2PDF “Export” tab with the form and the field map layout selected (and in the dropdown position to show the field map list) for further assistance.

There any other field map layouts created for the same form that are failing. Deselect “Attach field to Email notification” on all other unused field map layouts then try again.
From the Field Map Layout screen, “Select the form to export data from:”
Then, one-at-a-time, select each of the test/unused layouts from the “Field Map to use:” dropdown, then un-check each of the email actions listed under the “Attach file to Email notifications” from the layout settings.After confirming the above, if you still have the error, complete this form to allow us to take a look at your installation, or if not possible, then reply with the results of the above for further support.
