I just filled out the form

The page that I want the download button to appear on is:

    http://hennessypma.com/member-documents/

The image for the button is:

    http://hennessypma.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/red-download-button_300.png

Please let me know how to pay for this.

Also, can you see why it downloads a previous user’s data.

Can I hire you guys to set this up?

I want to use a separate page with a download button on that page and have the download button image connected to the pdf download link?

    this shouldn’t be this complicated.

    You instructions are confusing.

Where do I go to create a view on the website?

    Where do I view format?

I really don’t want to change the formidable form redirect as I have the redirect to a page on my website and on this page is where I want the download button.

There has to be an easier way or a better way to include the shortcode inside the page.

    Please let me know.

I just logged out and switched users and as the new user, I was able to download the pdf from data entered by the previous user (account). This was after selecting “Enable secure links”

How can I make each download unique to the logged in user and the data they enter or how do I clear out the previous user’s data/pdf from the sytem so other users don’t download other users data/pdf????

    Thanks in advance.

I have an image button I want to use.

    Such as here: http://hennessypma.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/red-download-button.png

I do not have an class for a button, I have a real image I want to use.

Do I put the full link of the button?
The button name with extension (ex. png)
    or just the button name?

    None of these are working.

    Please provide an example.

    Thanks.

In addition, my pdf that will be merged will not have an area for the User ID – it has a field for First Name and Last name, will this matter?

I am specifically looking on how to include the user First and Last name into the pdf name that is emailed or is downloaded.

The user first and last name are in the form and is already mapped to the pdf document. I have everythign mapped out and working perfectly other than the including the first and last name in the pdf file name that is emailed or downloaded.

Can you please give a full example of how to label this name field – this is a little confusing.

Under PDF filename in email, I have the following:

    Skeleton Bankruptcy Documents_filename=[11_13]

Field 11 and 13 are the first and last name.

What is the correct format for this to work? Do I have to put everything in brackets?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
