    Team, I managed to get my dropdown matching fine. However, how do you map a drop down with an other option so that the “other & value in the additional box” maps to one text field?

    Nothing appears.

    I have a drowpdown on my formidable form with 2 x values and mapped that to a PDF text field that was previously working with just a normal FF text field and now it doesn’t display anything.

    This is a drop down box that I need to map, not a checkbox? It just doesn’t display the option selected in the drop down list in the field on the PDF.

    I have never had a paid account before, all I had was a trial which I upgraded to a paid version on Monday (can provide a paypal receipt) and now you’re asking me to pay another $15?? I don’t understand.

    I have clicked on renew but there’s nothing showing on the screen for me to proceed further. Can you manually renew and upgrade this for me? I have already paid for the upgrade.

    Hi

    I have successfully deleted the unused field maps, however I have now made a copy of the field map I want to use but can’t assign it to the new form?

    Select the form to export data from = My new form with entries
    Select the dataset = currently says “Add matching layout first”
    Field map to use = can’t assign the copy of the field map (currently greyed out)

    Can you please assist?
