Hello and good day,
We are using your PRO2PDF plugin here at https://knospe-aba.com/.
We also use Formidable Form Pro.
The mails with the PDFs to the customers and on the website are generated and sent by mail or displayed on the website.
You can test the form, but I would not publish the link.
The PDFs to the website owner only arrive broken at 0 KB.
Do you have any idea what might be causing this?Best, Horst

Bryan NicollGuestI have been using the app successfully for years. Now, the PDFs being delivered on submission are 0kb and corrupt. I have found that I am able to manually load the data set and field map and export to PDF. The resultant PDF has the same problem when I try to download it. Although, I am able to use the print function in the browser window and print to PDF.
bryanParticipantThis continues to be a problem. The resultant PDF is not 0 KB any longer but the PDF is corrupt and unusable.
Are you still supporting this plugin? I don’t see a Support response to this issue.
CraigGuestI have had this problem since the start. im due to renew my sub “unlimited USD169” do i pay the renewal or do i look for another option?
