    I have created (June 21) a support ticket and I need your help for troubleshoot this issue.
    Forum : Bugs and Troubleshooting “There was an error generating the PDF file – This activation code is not valid.”

    The situation becomes extremely difficult to manage for our association.
    We cannot print pfd files for registration and get it signed by members.

    I created (June 19) the first ticket on
    and after many conversations I Discovered that I should create a ticket on your website (June 21).

    Meanwhile I even bought a new license to correct the problem but to no avail (June 21 – Invoice ID 382649 “Jean-Louis GUERAUTL”)

    We really need your help I do not know how to handle this situation.

    We sent an email to you after you complete the login support request as directed by this support message…

    “Your license code for PRO2PDF is: ********************D04D1069, which expired on 06/18. We do not show a renewal, it appears by the screenshots you may have renewed Formidable Forms, however, not the PRO2PDF third-party add-on. Please let us know if you have a recent order # that we should reference, or if not, you can simply purchase another activation key here…”

    The invoice ID: 382649 does not appear to be from our system, as our invoice numbers are only 4 digits.
