Hello,
I paid for an upgrade on 21st of August this year but for some reason today my license is no longer activated? I have additionally paid for a 5 year renewal thinking it may be an automated process however that is not the case.
I’ve sent an email though to support however I need this resolved urgently. I can fix the billing part later.
