I paid for an upgrade yesterday and paid via PayPal. My renewal date isn’t updated. My license isn’t upgraded. Why is it my responsibility to have to open a ticket for this? This should be automated.

There was an error in processing the upgrade because an incorrect current plan was selected. The current plan is 1 SITE | 10 FORMS, and the selected plan was 1 SITE | UNLIMITED FORMS. The cost to upgrade from 1 SITE | 10 FORMS to 1 SITE | UNLIMITED FORMS is $74, nonetheless we upgraded you to 1 SITE | UNLIMITED FORMS based on your $70 payment.
Please select a new upgrade if UNLIMITED SITES | UNLIMITED FORMS is required.
