I have muliple formidable single line text fields and it has the same name, I called it “Exp Date”. It should contained a different expiration dates. In my pdf form I can name it the same. How can I map this in the field map layout? I have no problem if the names in formidable text fields are unique. But I have to name it the same in formidable form. Any advice?
