My subscription has expired. I want to reactivate immediately, but I cannot login to my account (at email given) & it won’t let me reset password either.
Urgently need to access my pdfs for imminent meeting. Would really appreciate speedy help, so that I can continue to use this great product.
Can someone please tell me whether I can just set up another account, buy a new subscription and get an activation code that will work with the pdfs I’ve already set up??
Just noticed your time stamp – middle of the night! So, I’ve re-activated with $2 trial version for now & will get a full subscription up and running when you’re back online.
