We’re creating a staff on-boarding solution. We have multiple forms for the staff to complete online and we’d like to allow them to complete the forms at their own pace and upon completion of all forms send one email to the proper representative with links to all of the staff members completed forms. Is there a way to do that using this product. We’ve used your free version in another instance and it is just awesome, thank you for all your awesome work!

Thanks in advance for your assistance,
    Monica

Yes, in fact we have a ready-to-use template that includes the i9 and w4, we have also customized it to include state specific forms, probation and other company specific forms for various clients. There is one formidable form which collects all the employee’s info, and two views, one for employees to edit drafts and another for admins to print/view/download all employee forms showing needed/completed status.

We sell the i9/w4 template for $45 which includes one additional form, if needed. Or, we are happy to provide support while you create your own.

The i9 W4 template sounds awesome. How do you handle the social security #’s on the forms to keep them secure?

We have about 37 forms excluding state forms that we need to digitize…so I’m hoping I can have the applicants fill out each form separately and allow them to do it at their leisure and when they’re done gather the links to their documentation into one email to submit to HR. Sounds like you’re using one form to create many PDFs with your example staffing solution which is cool. Though I’m thinking many forms, many PDF’s one notification email with links to all completed forms. Does that make sense?

I’m thinking we can totally figure this out together.

    Hello there admin,
I was just wondering your thoughts on my last comment. I’m just wanting to double check on the possibility before we decide upon it as our course of action.

    Thanks!

    Q. “How do you handle the social security #’s on the forms to keep them secure?”
    A. WP’s user roles and PDF Passwords are available with the contribute version.

    Q. “Though I’m thinking many forms, many PDF’s one notification email with links to all completed forms. Does that make sense?”
    A. Sure, this functionality may be accomplished by placing the plugin’s shortcodes in the body of the one notification email and changing the FormID and LayoutID parameters to match the required output. (Each shortcode may be copied from the plugin’s “Export” tab.)

So far the plugin is designed to provide 100% of the functionally you have referenced. We remain at your service.
