We’re creating a staff on-boarding solution. We have multiple forms for the staff to complete online and we’d like to allow them to complete the forms at their own pace and upon completion of all forms send one email to the proper representative with links to all of the staff members completed forms. Is there a way to do that using this product. We’ve used your free version in another instance and it is just awesome, thank you for all your awesome work!

MonicaYes, in fact we have a ready-to-use template that includes the i9 and w4, we have also customized it to include state specific forms, probation and other company specific forms for various clients. There is one formidable form which collects all the employee’s info, and two views, one for employees to edit drafts and another for admins to print/view/download all employee forms showing needed/completed status.
We sell the i9/w4 template for $45 which includes one additional form, if needed. Or, we are happy to provide support while you create your own.

A. Sure, this functionality may be accomplished by placing the plugin’s shortcodes in the body of the one notification email and changing the FormID and LayoutID parameters to match the required output. (Each shortcode may be copied from the plugin’s “Export” tab.)So far the plugin is designed to provide 100% of the functionally you have referenced. We remain at your service.
