Tagged: issue with PDF

We are having a 14 page form which we have mapped with PDF and which is also having Repeatable (Separate field).
After we completed mapping and submitted form we are not getting PDF and just getting white screen with a text “Formidable PDF2PRO”. We have a paid version and request urgent support for fixing this issue:

We replied to your first request for assistance with the questions below…
. Were any changes to the web form or PDF made that may have caused the issue?
. Are you able to EXPORT PDFs from the plugin’s EXPORT tab?
– If no, is the PDF form listed in the “Select PDF file to work with:” dropdown field on the field map layout?
– If yes, sounds like the PRO2PDF shortcode is not correctly configured.
