When we try to load an intake form to be manually downloaded (because of a delay that often happens in delivery) the “select the dataset to export” field hangs indefinitely.
Most of the forms are still coming through via email, but one particular form has not arrived. Perhaps that one got corrupted somehow and is preventing the list from loading?
It is also possible this is related to an update to our server that our hosting provider installed this morning, if pro2pdf isn’t compatible with the new CentOS7 operating system?Thank you
CatherineThere are no known issues with CentOS7. Sounds like that paticurlar PDF has corrupt or unexpected data that is causing the PDF to fail.
Regarding “the “select the dataset to export” field hangs indefinitely.” issue, create a Formidable View of the table and add the PRO2PDF shortcode to the view, which will give you a list of all entries with a link to their respective PDF.
