When I try to “Export” after selecting “Field Map to use,” it keeps giving me a Loading layout… Please wait… and never loads the PDF layout for me to map my fields to.
I think this is 1:25 in your Installation Demo video.
I went back and looked at the PDF and there are 3 fields I created in it and there are 3 form fields in the Formidable form.
Please advise?

adminKeymaster“Loading layout… Please wait… ” usually means the Field Map Layout or PDF form was not setup or saved correctly. Can you email a temporary login to your WP install, or if not, please email the PDF form, a link to the Formidable form and a screenshot of the entire “Field Map Designer” with the Formidable Form, Dataset and Layout selected to support AT formidablepro2pdf DOT com.

adminKeymasterIt appears the issue is the Formidable plugin version, which must be higher than (or equal to) 2.0.9. Yours is at 2.0.8. We’ve added a message on our plugin page informing users they must update the Formidable Forms plugin and where to update the Formidable Forms plugin in one click, usually located at “wp-admin/update-core.php”.
Update Formidable Forms and it should work fine, let us know if you still experience issues.
