I installed the plugin and when I go to click on the plugin in the dashboard, all I get is a blank screen? Any ideas?

Not sure, but usually a blank screen is a CSS issue with another plugin or the theme. Revolution Slider recently caused a similar issue that was fixed by updating the slider plugin.

If possible, please complete this form to have us take a look at the installation, or try disabling other plugins to see if you can find the cause. If it is not a plugin, then try changing the theme, and let us know what you find so that we may try to duplicate and fix the issue.

Thank you, just to clarify – this is not the “white screen of death” it’s just nothing displayed when clicking on the plugin icon to view the settings. I will check that and fill out the form.

Upon log on we were able to see the plugin screen and submitted demo data to the demo form which merged the PDF as expected.
    Here’s the output: http://patriotproclean.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpfx_generate&form=fp2p_demo1&layout=999&dataset=449&format=pdf&inline=1&key=76c7bced927dd039e2ecd1a2d31fe542

There may be a browser or cache issue. Clear your cache and try again, if you still see a white screen try a different browser and let us what happens and which browser is failing.

Thank you, I just saw that. I found out my problem a little bit ago, my PHP version was outdated for the plugin. I upgraded and it works fine now.
