In my WordPress dashboard I have the following listed under the FormidablePro2PDF section:
https://www.curesworks.org/ (CURES) – active. Deactivate this website
CONTINUING EDUCATION APPROVAL REQUEST APPLICATION – active. Deactivate
Bottled Water Application – active. Deactivate
Bottled Water Application – Spanish – active. Deactivate
Real Estate Listings – not active. Activate
My question concerns the fourth form, “Real Estate Listings”. I don’t have this form on my site nor have I ever created this form. Where did it come from and why is it showing up on my dashboard under the FormidablePro2PDF section as a form that can be activated?

“Real Estate Listings” is a Formidable Form Template located on your templates tab. However, templates should not show up in your list. Let us know if “Real Estate Listings” is the only template listed in your Formidable Template tab or if there are others.

There are no templates in my template tag. Here is a screenshot of my template tab section:
I am also having trouble getting the PDF to attach to the sent email. What would cause this problem?

It’s not a PRO2PDF Template, it’s under the Formidable Form’s template tab.

We have confirmed Formidable’s “Real Estate Listings” template is showing in all installations following a recent update. While the existence of the form does not effect the functionality, operations, or licensing of the plugin, we will remove the form from the list in our next plugin update.
In the meantime, you may delete the template to remove it from the PRO2PDF forms list, or wait for the next PRO2PDF update.
