Can't find my order to reactive it

Hi. I have an account and have purchased multiple license. Alas, the order isn’t showing in my account for me to renew it. Can you help me? Here’s the original order email. I want to renew it because I will have two forms. 2nd question – that said, I only have one active form on the site. Why wouldn’t that work?

With the free version of the plugin you are able to use one form to produce PDFs, but without the paid features… What issue are you having with the free version?
