Thanks again for your help with this.

I now have everything setup as I need it but this strange issue persists.

I have one form. In one section I have a field that is required then a further 9 optional fields.

I have Formidable set up to set 10 emails depending on the data entered. The first email always sends. The other 9 are set to send only where data has been entered (not blank) via conditional logic.

With PPRO2PDF disabled this all works as expected.

When enabled, I have 10 field maps set up. I also see ‘New Field Map’ and ‘fp2p_demo’ so I guess I only have these 10 field maps. Each map uses the same PDF but references a different field. I have double-checked that and each field map is associated with the correct email notification.

I have numbered the Formidable email subject lines so I can see exactly which is sent.

Strangely, when I enter the first and second fields, 2 emails are sent correctly, but anything over 2 get duplicated, so if I have three fields entered, I get email 1 then 2 then 3 then 1 then 2 then 3. They are an exact duplicate – subject, to, from, attachments, etc.

I tried changing everything I can think of but they continue to come through twice.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Just one more quick one if I may.

In terms of the signature mapping, it appears to not resize the signature pad image to fit the PDF field. Is this right? Basically, I have to have the sig pad on my form somewhat smaller than I would ideally like so that the signature isn’t clipped on the PDF. I had thought it might auto-size the signature image to fit? Any handle on this at all?
