I am having an odd issue. I have 4 Formidable email ‘form actions’ set up (no conditional logic).
When Formidable PRO2PDF is active, I receive 8 emails (2 for each email set up). I have tested this and only get one email correctly when it is disabled.
Is this some setting/mapping, etc. in Formidable PRO2PDF that I have inadvertently activated?
Thanks in advance.April 23, 2018 at 5:26 am #18649
PRO2PDF does not have a function to control which emails are sent, only which emails have attachments.
Check to make sure you do not have any abandoned, test, or failing Field Map Layouts that are set to send PDF attachments.
Let us know if there are any differences in the duplicated emails, i.e. attachment, TO, CC, FROM, body text, or subject.

Thanks again for your help with this.
I now have everything setup as I need it but this strange issue persists.
I have one form. In one section I have a field that is required then a further 9 optional fields.
I have Formidable set up to set 10 emails depending on the data entered. The first email always sends. The other 9 are set to send only where data has been entered (not blank) via conditional logic.
With PPRO2PDF disabled this all works as expected.
When enabled, I have 10 field maps set up. I also see ‘New Field Map’ and ‘fp2p_demo’ so I guess I only have these 10 field maps. Each map uses the same PDF but references a different field. I have double-checked that and each field map is associated with the correct email notification.
I have numbered the Formidable email subject lines so I can see exactly which is sent.
Strangely, when I enter the first and second fields, 2 emails are sent correctly, but anything over 2 get duplicated, so if I have three fields entered, I get email 1 then 2 then 3 then 1 then 2 then 3. They are an exact duplicate – subject, to, from, attachments, etc.
I tried changing everything I can think of but they continue to come through twice.
Any ideas what could be causing this?
Thanks again.April 23, 2018 at 9:10 am #18654
