  • Thank you for responding. Yes our license key was/is active.

    We’re not sure what the issue was, but during a debrief with our team this morning it just started working again. No changes were made on our part so we’re really not sure why.

    So problem solved I suppose. Whatever that problem was ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
