My plugin is authorized, I’m only using 1 PDF out of the 10 I’m allowed, and this error message will not go away. Also, data is no longer being pulled into the PDFs so they all entries are blank. This was working fine until a day or so ago.
All your account settings appear fine on our server. Please email a screenshot of the plugin’s “Activate” tab and let us know if WP or any plugins were updated since merging PDFs was working. Or, complete this form to request login support.
