your video states that the pdf has to be “preloaded” to begin mapping. I’m not able to upload it. I did put the fields in, they appear as boxes and when hovered they turn blue.
I do not want the document to have boxes when it is ready for print for the customer.

once in the dashboard you can see access the Formidable form for my users to fill out, that data must be mapped to the policy pdf where indicated. I just need support instructions on why it is not working according to the directives.
